As we near the end of another beautiful summer, I have decided to start our family blog to let others know how and what we have been up to.
This summer was very busy, busier than usual and to be honest I do not know where the time went to.
Jeremy, as usual was busy working. Although there were not many fires this season, he stayed busy and we are looking forward to having him home with us again in the next few weeks.
The kids and I went to the city pool quite a few times earlier this summer. They all enjoy the water!!
I started a temporary summer job working in the dispatch center of the Forest Service in the begining of August. My time here is short this year and I enjoyed working but I will again be home with my kids in a few weeks time. I miss not being able not to know how they are and what they are doing every minute of the day. But they have to grow up sometime, and to be honest they like being independent and being with their friends and Grandmas.
School has begun! Alexia started the second grade this year at SPPS. She is doing very well in school and we are proud of her! Ashton has started Kindergarten!!! I cannot believe it! He is loving every minute of it! But when I ask him what his favorite parts are he says recess and lunch! Go figure!
And our precious little Tristen...
He is such a love. So kind hearted and sweet. Loves to snuggle and share his precious kisses. Our gentle giant. We feel so lucky to have been given him, he has made our family whole. He is just about a year and a half and has not been walking for long but is great at it and tries running. His loves in life right now are his brother and sister, mom and dad, his baby and ICE CREAM! Yes, ice cream. (Pics of this will be posted soon!)
The end of summer has came and gone but now we look forward to what the future holds. So much life for us to look forward to I just cannot wait to see what is in store for us!
